Mr C Handyman 2000

Mr. "C" came out initially because a summer storm had flooded my mother's basement room.  He came out the next day and gave her an initial estimate and came back 2-days later with and estimate and a schematic drawing of the project.  She was having problems with the homeowner's association approving the project and as a result it was put on hold for about a month.  Finally, Mr. "C" contacted the HOA and set up a meeting for them to come to the house and see exactly what was to be done and that it was fully within their requirements, as well as provided them with MORE drawings! After the approval, he put in the sump pump and cleaned up and reinstalled the carpet.  Since he was so helpful and willing to go above and beyond the call of duty, Mom asked him about fixing her fence which had been blown down by high winds.  He went and got all the county approvals and spoke with the HOA again and built a Gorgeous fence, taking the time to weather seal EACH BOARD before putting it up.  After that She asked him to build a deck and a tool shed as well.  And on top of all of that, he fixed my car that had been sitting in the driveway for over 3 years!!  For 1/5 the price that it would have cost me from any other shop that I had taken it to!  Not only was he the lowest estimate we received, but the quality of the work was outstanding.  So much so that the county inspector even commented and after the inspection, I think I saw him get Mr. "C's" information!  He explained what he was doing and why anytime there was a question, and came back repeatedly to fix many other little "projects" that Mom came up with.  He is definitely a blessing, and I recommend him to anyone who misses the level of customer service that seems to have died out these days.
