They guarantee an arrival time of not longer than 15 minutes. The driver took an hour and a half, each time I called to make sure he wasn't lost he said he's 10-15 minutes away. Once he arrived he couldn't unlock any of the door. After 45 minutes of him trying to pick the lock he then drilled a hole. We could have done that ourselves and saved $140/ They did drop the $15 service fee because the driver was so late. The driver showed no empathy, did work we could have done for free. Learned the hard way.

On the day we purchased a new home, Magic Keys showed up on time and quickly re-keyed the three main locks to the home. Their technician was courteous, careful, wore footies to keep from tracking dirt and completed the job in under 30 minutes. Great company!

I had a key stuck in my older car that would not come out. It was a new spare key made at Lowes. I won't make that mistake again -- best to go to a locksmith. Anyway, Tom was able to extract the key very quickly at a very reasonable price. Fortunately, there was no damage to the ignition switch, so I got a locksmith-made spare key.
