When the technician arrived, he quoted a price that was $100 more than I got when I made the appointment to re-key my locks. I was at work and we did the negotiations over the phone. We settled on a price for new locks because he said new locks would be less expensive than re-keying the locks. He asked what kind of locks I wanted. I told him that I wanted the same as what I had. When I got home, I found that instead of locks similar in quality to my originals, he had installed cheap, flimsy locks. In addition, he took my old locks with him. I called to complain and he said he had already recycled my locks. I told him I wanted them back, that he had no right to take them, and he claimed they were garbage. He refused to replace the shoddy locks and told me I had to deal with the company. I called the main company number and at first they would not help me. I told them I was going to open a dispute on my credit card charge. They had the technician call me and he finally brought back my old locks, which he had not recycled, after all. He offered to put the locks back in and take his back, but would not refund my money or replace the crappy locks with a set similar in quality to what I had. That would have left me with no new locks and out $120 for nothing. I was disappointed in this company in all levels. It turns out that they are not even a local company. The phone number I called was forwarded to a company that is actually based in Florida, so there is no office here to work with, just the technician who performed the unsatisfactory service. I do not recommend this company at all.
