Landline Phone Service
I joined them in 2005 and they had lot of free call features and seemed to be good then. I have been experiencing problems with them for approximately 2 years. They automatically change time on my phone; there have been delays in calls due to rains. I get a fax busy at times when I make a phone call. I have time limits for certain calls like 34 min; 90 min etc and then the call would get disconnected. I have raised about 4 problem tickets with their customer service, but it is still pending to be taken care off. Each time they fix something, something else is broke. I have put in so many complain calls that they had threatened me to make all my calls limited and minuted.
