Amazing! In addition to doing a great job with the actual cleaning, Leticia and her crew were incredibly quick to respond to inquiries and very flexible in scheduling. We have a rental house and were not that lucky with our first renters, who disappeared in the middle of the contract and left a mess behind. They also 'forgot' to pay the utilities, which were cut off the very day the cleaning crew showed up, so a couple of hours into that, Leticia let me know they lost electricity! It turns out that the electricity company doesn't change accounts back to owner if they are overdue. Anyway, long story short Leticia was amazingly sweet and agreed to come back to finish after I solved the above issues. She is also tech-savvy and so easy to communicate with via phone/text/site messages, young and energetic. I would hire them again in a second and in fact we will hire them to help with our current house. Thank you for your work!

The owner and assistants arrived on time and with all of the necessary cleaning supplies. They did an amazing job! The group was very efficient and took much less time than I thought they would. I knew that they would be cleaning the windows and baseboards but they also pulled out the appliances and cleaned behind/under them (fridge, washer and dryer). I would definitely use them again.

Service providers arrived on time and performed services very well. Originally bought the 4 hours and it was not enough time so they bumped me to the 6 hours deal. Work was great!

They were friendly and professional.  They came to clean for their special 4 hours of cleaning for $110. I indicated the areas I wanted to be cleaned, but when finished, I asked if they have cleaned the den. They said they didn't, but came back and completed the job. They did not have time to clean the basement. Overall job good. Some surfaces of the kitchen were not completely clean to my satisfaction.

It went Great! Really great service I was very happy with the cleaning services preformed.

They brought a powerful tank and hose style vacuum, and some other equipment, and worked quickly and efficiently.  They moved things aside to dust and vacuum all surfaces, and neatened small piles of junk so I could see what I had.  They didn?t change large stacks of things, just moved them aside and vacuumed or dusted under them.  They made the bed, folded clothes, and opened up floor space.  The surface of one bureau in the bedroom was littered with small loose items such as jewelry, hair fasteners, odds and ends, and she asked permission to put everything into a container so she could clean. A clean re-usable grocery bag did the trick.  In the bathroom, they scrubbed and disinfected the floor, the sink, the toilet, and the bathtub until everything sparkled, also cleaning the bath mat. The kitchen floor, walls, and surfaces were clean and bright as well, including the stove and the hood.  They cleaned all the Venetian blinds, insides of the windows, and the window sills, which I hadn?t opened much over the years.  They cleaned some spots out of the carpet.  They vacuumed the large air intake vent in the ceiling over the stairwell.  They took away all the trash, and replaced the trash can liners.
It is such a relief to have such conscientious, respectful, and reliable help!
For several years, working under contract, Leticia single-handedly cleaned the large 2-floor Herndon Senior Center recreation facility.  She is very thorough, dependable, and trustworthy.  She  communicates well in English.  I now hire her on a regular basis in my home.
