Overall the customer service was mediocre. I would not suggest him to a first-time home/lot buyer. He really didn't provide much insight or knowledge about the buying process. The first lot, the seller initially agreed to one price then when he found out the mortgage company would take 30+ days to close, the seller upped the price. Now this wasn't Leo's fault but as a first time home/lot buyer, when asked what he thought, he gave no insight into the buying process. I finally said forget it on my own and found another lot to buy. His responsiveness to questions was slow most times and I spent a great deal of time finding out information on my own. When he stated he would do this or that by this day/time, he either went past that given date/time without a status call or didn't come through at all so I found myself doing a lot of leg work. I did not pay him a fee as he was acting as a buyer's agent.

They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and skilled agents. They were able to get me my asking price on each home I sold. I was also able to buy a home that was not on the market yet at a considerable discount. I am so pleased with their service and recommend them to all my friends!
