Luis Chavez is the owner. He came over on a Saturday and spent 30 minutes at my home going over a landscape design I had and reviewing the work to be done. He was to return on Monday to take measurements for the amount of mulch needed. Luis never showed up on Monday and did not reply to my emails. On Wednesday I finally got a reply after asking him again if he was still going to take measurements. I let him know I needed his quote by Saturday. No response. I emailed him a few times into the following Monday but heard nothing. This is a man who does landscaping work for my next door neighbor and another in my street. Yet he didn't have the decency to let me know he would not be providing me a quote. I lost over 1 week of progress with him, and do not recommend. One more note about his pricing. I've used him a few months ago to clear leaves in my yard. At the time I asked him about fixing a landscape light which was out in my front yard. He sent someone over to look at it, and Luis told me it would cost $120. I declined. Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago and there was a landscape lighting crew doing work at a neighbors home. I asked the gentleman to come see my light. It ironically was the same person Luis sent to my home a few months earlier. Only this time when I asked him directly how much to fix it, he charged me $50. Luis was asking for $120 for the same guy to spend 5 minutes to change a light bulb. I do not recommend.
