We hired them for a deep clean and they missed entire pieces of furniture, for example, you can draw your name on the dust on the top of the bed, they did not clean the fronts of the furniture or any electronics such as TVs, there's spots on the stairs, spots on the front of some of the furniture, there's longer list and the next day I immediately contacted them with pictures, I sent them photos, I reached out to them five times but still unable to get a return phone call. They were friendly over the phone in terms of booking the appointment, their attention to details and follow through is unprofessional and lacking. I paid it and I was there when they started the work then I had to leave to picked up my kids from school.
