Mr. Lopez was two and a half hours late for the job. He said he would be there all day to work but left for more than four hours. When he returned his assistant was red faced, singing and drunk. Half the job was completed yesterday. Today nothing was done, Steven did not respond to his phone. If you want a head ache and to have someone pretend not to understand what you say, hire this unsavory character.
