Ivert was very polite and came a gave a quote for the work. He removed the wallpaper and wood paneling and painted the walls. We were to move in the Friday of Thanksgiving and he agreed that the work would be completed by then. I called and confirmed that it would be done a week before the move-in date and he again agreed it would be done. However when we arrived it was quite a big mess - there were nails from the carpets removed (we planned to replace it later) and the place was really dusty. I had to call Ivert the morning of the moving and he came in and we cleaned up as much as we could together. It was very disappointing and Ivert apologised for it. He continued the rest of the work and was much better with his word later on. He tried to find an existing molding for part of the living room ( we had torn down a wall and built new corner for a wall) and he replaced all the molding when he could not find a replacement for it. Overall it he did a fairly good job although the work has to be examined if his workers do the job. He did come back several times to do touch ups as requested.

We called them on a Saturday afternoon after we had tried (unsuccessfully) removing some 20yr old wallpaper. They got back to us that evening and came over Sunday morning for an estimate. $360 to remove wallpaper, paint ceiling, prep walls and prime walls (room was 11x11). They came Monday evening at 530PM as scheduled, worked their butts off until 930PM. Came back on Wednesday evening to prep the walls and paint the ceiling. Finished up on Friday with priming the walls. Ivant was prompt, cleaned up after each day and did a real nice job. He worked his butt off!

Very well, they showed up on time cleaned up and did very good work for a reasonable fee.
