The one thing they didn't do was put the termite bait-traps in the yard outside the house. I think that should be part of "Complete Exterior Termite Treatment", so I don't consider their treatment to be "complete".

I bought an annual service contract with this family-owned company through Angie's List. My first experience was excellent. Technician arrived on time and was very friendly, professional and helpful. I'm looking forward to a good relationship. No more big national companies!

I placed an emergency call since we had a snake in front of the house. He came right along. He grabbed it and put it in a case and said since we are not supposed to kill it so he would let it in somewhere in the woods. It was a huge black rat snake and he managed to do it.

We've been using them for 14 years. They have been very good. They come every quarter and spray for bugs. We use him since we moved into the house and he was recommended by our realtor. When we purchased the house it was so much infested with bugs. They came in before we moved in and they treated the whole basement for bugs. They did a massive treatment before we moved in. They did an excellent job. They have done a whole lot of things for us.

It was fine. The only negative was that they came out in winter and it was cold and rainy. He suggested that we spray. But they were good. We use him for quarterly service.

I have been using them for fifteen years. It has been very good. They are really good and responsive. They came to solve the problem. My interactions with them have been fine. The work they do have always been satisfactory. There are no problems.

It was great.  We did not really have any problem with them.  They were fine, polite and did what we asked them to do.  If we have questions, they gave good advice.  Their work was fine and we have no more problems.  They did a good job.  

I would highly recommend them. I've been using them for a number of years and I really like them. They were really good.

They are quite good.  Their price is competitive though they are not the cheapest.  They will be here when they say they would be.  We have a contract with them for another year.  I am very happy with them.

It was fine, we continue to use them. We like them, they show up when they say they will, are not there that long and we have not had any problems.

I scheduled them to originally come to the house before I moved in, and they never showed up. I called several times the day of the appointment and never received a call back. Later I learned the person who was supposed to do the job had something else come up--a vacation or family illness. Either way, the company failed to communicate and I lost a half day of work. They continued with the quarterly sprays throughout the year as the Angie's List deal outlined, and I haven't used them since late 2013. In September 2014 I received a bill from them charging me $85 for a "treatment", but failed to tell me they were coming or that they actually did the work. Gratefully, the person on the phone zeroed out the charges so I don't owe anything, but I can't help wonder how often this company tries to pull stuff like that.

The service was very professional and well done.

They were upfront about everything. I enjoyed working with them. I think it was expensive.

Everything went well and I'm planning on contacting them again.
