I had a disk crash on my PC. They confirmed that the data was not salvageable from the disk (unlessgoing to a different firm at a much higher price who *might* be able to save some data). They were able to restore the data from my backup drive, and replace the failed disk with a solid-state drive. Throughout, they were responsive, quick to help, informative, and had me back up quickly.

"Mr. [Member Name Removed] purchased the battery from us in October 2011, not January 2013 and the cost of the battery was $60. We always quote both genuine replacements and compatible parts. Most customers choose compatible as they can be less expensive and we rarely, if ever, have an issue. We also give a one year warranty and Mr. [Member Name Removed] never contacted us to tell us he had an issue or we would have replaced it for him."

Not well. I used this company in the past and recommended to everyone I knew. This time, I called in the a.m. to make sure they could check out my computer that day because I was leaving on a business trip the next a.m. They said to bring it right in, which I did. I didn't get a call until about 4:30 that afternoon from their technician saying it was taken apart and would not be ready, also informed me it was overheating and needed to be repaired. I needed it that night, so he pieced it together, charged me for the tune-up and told me to bring it back to finish up when I returned. I did. He charged me $99 again because it was a separate service call for the tune-up which I didn't think was fair. He also did not fix the over-heating problem because he said I declined it, which was not true. He was also extremely unfriendly, not good brand stewardship. Especially for a company named Friendly. Owner of the company was gracious and did agree to have me come back in and have it taken care of, but I honestly don't trust that technician with my laptop. I was charged twice for one tune-up and the other issue was not considered because the technician was just so awkward. I hope they can clean that up because I used to love this little mom and pop shop.

We tried to reach out to you and offered to work out any problems at no additional charge, but you posted this review instead. We aren't always 100% perfect but we always work with our customers if there are any problems in a positive way. By writing a review like this without first talking with us you only hurt our business."
