Friendly, owner took on work himself. Finished in three days of hot and humid weather. Had to repair roof substructure, remove two layers of old shingles, and replace soffit and fascia boards, plus did some extra painting for us. Left area clean around garage.

They were responsive only after REPEATED inquiries. This is a low tech company; barely does texting... They did get the work done. We have received no complaints from the new owners.

Dave came out to check out what was wrong with my roof. Three different companies couldn't tell me what was wrong and how I should fix it maybe because it was such a small issue and small job. A few of the larger companies wanted me replace my whole roof. Dave was professional and honest and did all the work the next day. The only thing is that he didn't take before and after pics of his work to show me what he did up there? I guess you just don't know until it starts pouring.

David came by today on very short notice to examine and repair some loose shingles/flashing. He quickly diagnosed the problem and efficiently and professionally completed the repairs. His pricing is honest and very fair.
