We were under the impression that they were going to do a fix on our drain and come back on Monday to finish the job at $50.00. I felt like they were just trying to up sell me the entire time, saying that we needed extra things or that they were going be bringing another person so there would be an extra fee. When I checked the price of the Biogreen drain cleaner in a container they were trying to sell me with other plumbers in our area they were substantially higher in price than others. They said they were going to pay me back the $200.00 I had paid because I decided not to use them again as the issue was still not fixed and they were wanting to charge me more money. To resolve the issue they were going to return a check I had written for the $200.00, but the technician never showed back up to drop it off and they would not advise me of how to get in touch with them to pick the check up, as I thought that may be easier if they were unavailable. The woman in the office refused to give me the supervisors information or the contact information for the business owner. I do not feel as if this is a reputable company that people should be doing business with because an easy fix on a drain has turned into a nightmare of a situation.
