Foremost Repairs Inc

I made an appointment with Foremost Repairs to repair our Miele dishwasher because they claimed to be experienced with the brand. Someone came to our home and when here said that he had never worked on a Miele, but he felt confident they could do the work. He charged us $49.95 for the service call indicating that a part would need to be ordered. The part needed was the spring that closes the dishwasher door. I called several times over a six-week period (Foremost never called me), and every time was told that the part had not yet arrived. In the latest phone call I was told that there was no part available for this dishwasher.
I am now certain that Foremost has no intention of ordering the part or of fixing our dishwasher. They used false advertising to charge for a service call without any intention of following-up with a repair.

This provider was called for a repair of an under-counter refrigerator.  I explained what the problem with the unit was to the technician upon his arrival.  The technician did not perform any assessments--he simply took the model and serial number for the unit and listened to my description.  The technician stated the unit would need a replacement control panel.  There was a $70 service charge that was to be applied to the bill when the parts came in.  I called the company several times over a 10 day period to find out about the parts.  I had difficulty getting the company to return my calls then the company stated they were not able to get parts, that Viking no longer made them for this unit (The unit was one year old).  I called Viking Parts directly and the parts were available and could ship in 10-14 days.  I asked Foremost Repairs for a refund of the $70 since no service was provided.  I am extremely dissatisfied with being lied to, denied a refund for non-service, and the hostile attitude of this company.
