Euro Stone Craft

BEWARE! Please do not use EuroStoneCraft for any home projects!! We have been battling with them since August 28, 2024 and have yet to have them take responsibility and fix a cracked counter top. In fact, they are trying to charge us $2,000 more to fix their mistake! By way of background, we hired them to install an outdoor counter top for our new patio. They came out, took measurements, and later installed the counter with cut outs for the grill and other appliances. However, they made the grill opening too small, which caused the counter to crack. When we approached them about fixing the crack, they told us the warranty was voided because the grill was not installed correctly. Upon reviewing our approved drawings, we realized that they in fact did not cut enough space for the grill and did not install the counter to match the specifications in our approved drawing. It is now October 30, 2024 and we are still in a back and forth with them. We were fooled into choosing them due to their high ratings and positive reviews, but please do not make the same mistake we did. We have also heard from several contractors that they won't work with them. Their customer service and quality are severely lacking.

Excellent experience! I went to the showroom on New Years Eve 2019. The designer/salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful, and the customer friendly showroom arranges samples by color rather than brand. In about an hour, I had made selections and signed a contract. A very careful measurer came 2 days later (Jan 2) and spent three+ hours taking precise measurements and confirming details. Shop drawings were delivered the next day (Friday) and some minor revisions were made the following Monday. A mere three days later, a great crew arrived to remove the old granite counters and install the new quartz ones. I had contracted for plumbing services as well, and the plumber arrived within an hour after the counter install was finished. Everyone I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Communication was excellent. They kept every promise and met or exceeded every expectation. Thank you, Euro Stone Craft!

EuroStoneCraft really blew me away with their amazing customer service, excellent price (the most competitive quote I rec'd for Ceasarstone's London Grey) and installation. Todd Layton is a DREAM to work with. He answered my MANY questions promptly and kindly and really went above and beyond to make sure I was informed and satisfied. The countertops are beautiful and exactly what we hoped for. Highly recommend!

On an otherwise disastrous kitchen renovation project, the work done by Euro Stone Craft was the one thing that was seamless and went as planned. I did my initial quote for Cambria Berwyn countertops via email and phone, and then came into the showroom to ask questions and look at edge profiles. They were helpful and knowledgeable. After the templating, I had several questions and a few changes, and they accommodated me. The turnaround time for scheduling the template was reasonable, and scheduling for installation was downright quick. I was worried about them getting it "right"—partly because so many people have screwed things up on this project, and partly because there were places with little tolerance for error. One example was an (almost) 45 degree angle that needed to be precise, since it followed the flooring. It was perfect. They also did a good job with the seam on the island. There was a minor installation issue, and they came out to fix it within 24 hours of my calling them. And, they followed up after the installer came to my place to make sure the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Of note: if you need supports for your countertop (which I did, both behind the slide-in range and on the island), this isn't something that ESC does. So if you're thinking of using them, be sure to loop your general contractor/cabinet installer in on this fact. Overall, this was a very good experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

I found EuroStar online when I was looking for a stone remnant for a small bathroom vanity. I found the stone in their online inventory, called and Tracy provided me with a prompt quote. I went the next day to pick it up and discovered it wouldn't fit in my car so they cut it while I waited and loaded it.  Great service all around and I will use this firm for future stone and tile needs.

I found them listed on Angie's List. I went into their showroom and spoke with one of the associates and asked if they could trim my piece of granite. They said they could, told me how much it would cost, and said it would take about 2 days. After 5 working days, I called and asked them if it was ready. They told me that it was. When I arrived at the showroom and gave them my name, they went into the cutting area. It appeared to me (from my markings still visible on the piece), that there was a high probability that the piece had not yet been cut.
When the associate returned from the cutting area, he informed me that the piece needed a bit of polishing, and could I wait 7-10 minutes. I said of course, and I waiting. Then, he went and got it for me. It seems also that there may be a lack of communication and/or organization with their tasks. I am not clear how my piece was in their system as being completed and ready for pick up, when it was highly likely that it was not. They did good work, but I wonder how long my item may have remained on the shelf in the back room, had I not called and/or showed up. Just food for thought.

We are extremely pleased with our counters and quality of the job by Euro Stone team.....We selected granite from another stone yard. Euro Stone measured for counters, installed new cabinets for island and new beverage station, then installed counters and cabinet lighting and tile backsplash....we couldn't be more pleased!!!! Will send our friends and neighbors to Euro Stone!

They were excellent. They came out and had very modern equipment to take measurements - used lasers. When they brought the materials, everything was delivered on schedule with no delays, the workmen showed up on time to do the work and were very courteous. The owner, Sean Daghigh, came out several times to check on the progress of the job which I really appreciated. They made sure we were satisfied with the overall work. We now have a beautiful, almost brand new kitchen.

I would highly recommend them with the confidence that they will do the job right and very customer orientated.

The owner and employees of this company are professional and know what they are doing. After having a disasterous kitchen renovation job and terminating our contractor, we still needed the counters and backsplash to be installed. We visited the Euro Stone office and found that the Cambria that was on back order indefinately from our previous contractor was in stock at this store. We contracted for the counter and had it installed perfectly. We then chose our back splash and had that installed. The island that was placed by the previous contractor was not centered and the installer also adjusted that. It was a wonderful experience. The person that installed our counters and back splash was so good. Very skilled.

It went wonderfully, they held my slab until the kitchen cabinets were in, and they came promptly to measure when it was time and I had my granite installed in less than a week.
One of the owners, Shawn Daghigh. was a great help in the overall design of my kitchen also.

Would definitely work with Sean and the team at Eurostonecraft again. Their prompt, quality service made working with them a pleasure. The install team arrived on time which was important since we had the installers for the bookshelf which sits on top of the cabinet at the house an hour later to finish the work. It looks great and we receive lots of compliments!

We were remodeling our entire kitchen and decided to get soapstone counter tops. There seem to be few places in the area that offer soapstone so we went with what we could find. We went down to the showroom to look at the slabs. There were many choices of different types of soapstone, as well as granite and marble. They also had a few models of sinks. We brought our small kids with us. We were welcomed into the showroom and brought out to the slab warehouse and were promptly abandoned when another customer came in. We spent some time looking at all the slabs and decided on what we wanted, but had a hard time finding someone to help us. After finally getting someone to help us (I had to go chase someone down) the original guy that had been helping us apologized for neglecting us. We then were able to reserve our slab and choose a sink. It took a while to get our measurements drawn up for an estimate, and of course, the kids were going coo-coo by then.
When we were ready to have the counter tops fabricated 2 months later, we called up and they sent someone out to do the measurements. They guy they sent didn't get along very well with our kitchen contractors for some reason, sort of barking orders at them and then realized he was mistaken (about moving things around) and it seemed he felt sheepish for his behavior.
We were pleased when the counter tops were fabricated very quickly, and they were able to squeeze an install in for us at the end of the day a few days later. The installers worked very hard to get the stone to fit just right, as it seemed that the measurements were just a tad off around the stove. They had to go back and shave off the ends of the stone several times to make it fit, and they had to really shoehorn it in. I just hope we don't have any problems pulling our stove out in the future! The install guys worked very hard and took several hours to get the counters in - much longer than they had anticipated - and it was well after dinner before they were done.
Overall, the counter tops are lovely, and we were pleased with the prompt turnaround and final product, but think that some of the initial customer service seemed a little lacking, and were surprised by the attitude of the measuring guy.

.We recently modified a bedroom to a closet and EurostoneCraft was recommended to us for installation of the granite countertops for the island and one hutch. They were very helpful in our decision as to what piece would most fit our needs, showing us the best matches for color, grain, etc. Our requirement could be met by using a remnant, and they had a good selection for us to choose from. We visited other granite stores in addition to EurostoneCraft, but saw nothing that would lead us to choose another merchant. Installation went very smoothly with no problems. We are very happy with the final product.

Eurostonecraft did a wonderful job. Their price was a little on the high side but I went with them because of their professionalism and their ability to do all the work instead of subcontracting. They have a great showroom and were very patient while we looked at their wide range of granite choices. They were able to provide an accurate estimate on our first visit. I felt they were honest and would do the work as specified without problems and in the timeframe we needed. I was right. From measuring to install day, they were on time and the installers were very professional, neat and couteous. Everything was completed in the time promised and the finished product not only looks great but is solid quality craftmanship. I'd be confident in recommending this firm.

On time and within budget.

We worked with the owner Shawn on the project. He was a great guy. The company is family owned and it is obvious from our experience that this company really cares about their clients. I also liked the fact that they have a beautiful showroom which made it real easy for us to decide on options. The experience could not have been any better.

They did excellent work, and clean up. It was a beautiful outcome, and they had fair pricing. I highly recommend them for stone counter tops.

The have a large selection. Prices seem a little high. Shawn worked with us to help us make our selections. Euro Stone also connected all the counter-mounted plumbing fixtures including the undercounter sinks. One of their representatives came out to measure, or 'template', the tops. He wasn't aware of all the countertops we were replacing (never learned why). He asked all the right questions and explained how the countertops would look (radii of curvature, overhangs, etc). He made his measurements photographically and sent us drawings a day or so later. We checked them, asked a few questions, and gave our approval, or so we thought. The delivery of the countertops was delayed about ten days from the day we were told by our remodelling contractor to expect them. We never learned what happened but there was a breakdown in communications between Euro Stone and the remodelling contractor. We discovered this ourselves and prodded the two companies to talk to eachother. Euro Stone came back to us on a couple of additional occasions asking for confirmation that their drawings were OK. Seemed like an overabundance of caution on their part but then I don't have a quantity of mistakes for sale at reduced prices. The installation went smoothly.
