DISTRICT SHADE SHOP INC

I received the shades more than a month after I ordered them. I never received the top covers for the blinds, as promised. I am very disappointed since I am a return customer and I had recommended DC Shades to a number of friends. I feel the owner repeatedly lied to me. I will never use this company again.

A friend of my mine highly recommended District Shades Shop, and I had a great experience. I liked the high level of customer service, along with the very competitive prices. I liked the owner's honesty. He first showed me the cheaper blinds, and then showed me the more expensive ones. He recommended the cheaper products, and did not in any way try to push me into buying more expensive than necessary items. I was undecided about getting blinds for one set of windows, and he told wait to decide later. You rarely see this level of customer service and honesty today.

Not so well.

They were excellent. They were two really big shades.

I only had a minor repair to a roller blind, which District Shade Shop fixed by replacing the roller. Don was courteous and professional and fixed it perfectly; even though it was only a minor job, he never made me feel like it was unimportant. That's the kind of attitude that makes customers come back when they need more expensive items!

Fantastic company. I walked in, told them what I wanted, they showed me what they had. The next morning they came to measure the windows. One week later they called, said the blinds had arrived, they came the next day and installed them in two hours flat. From the beginning they were helpful and professional, they made me aware of everything the quote covered and were very fast. Perfect clean up too.
