They were very nice to work with, very neat, professional, meticulous and exacting about painting the walls and making sure surfaces were flat. They fixed some cracks from that earthquake we had. We had one little crack in our drywall that we'd ignored for two years and then we had a bunch of wood panelling in the basement and we had to take that down. They'll stay on budget in terms of labour, but if there's things that they need to buy, at like Home Depot or something to back up the project then that can be an incremental cost, so like, if you are having a bathroom or kitchen done and there is stuff behind the wall that they need to go by, they pretty much hand you the bill, they do not add a surcharge. But that might not be in their original quote. This was the second project we had them do with us. They are very affordable. They try to be responsive but sometimes it can be a little hard to get ahold of the office. And the man who does the work himself is Turkish so sometimes his accent is a little hard to understand.
