I have a service contract with them. They come out two times a year and it is a standard plan. They have good staff that comes out and does the work. They know what they are doing. Their price is decent and they are not the cheapest. I am satisfied with their work.

They were comfortable in providing product information because I'm not knowledgeable about furnaces. They educated me on what I needed and what I didn't need and addressed my questions regarding air filter systems and allergies. I was able to negotiate my pricing based on my needs and they did a great job.

Very clean and professional staff. Easy to understand diognosis of my issue, and repaired correctly on the spot.

They put in a drain for water to drain in, and a buzzer so it lets me know to dump the water, so it won't spill over.

In the beginning of a long hot spell one of our office air handler/ac units died. This is a medical facility and the areas affected were the surgical and recovery rooms. The first bid I got from our usual service provider was high so I went to Angie's List and found highly rated Commercial Experss. Within 2 hours they dispatched an estimator and I was told I would have a proposal by the end of the day. After several calls I got a very competitve verbal quote from them and told Jim I would accept. That basically was the end of my experience with Commercial Express. From that point forward there was no written proposal and my calls were either left on hold for long times, or they took a message that wasn't returned or I was told Jim was in a meeting (once after I had been left on hold for 10 min.) One day Jim called and said they were overwhelmed with business but he would get back to me. After one week from the visit of the estimator Jim said he was "almost finished " the proposal. At that point I couldn't wait and I went with my usual provider HVAC Precision Services who were waiting for me at the office the next day and had the units installed within 2 days.

I am extremely pleased with the product provided, the work performed at my site and the performance of the a/c since it was installed. The site was completely clean after the work was finished. The installers arrived on time as scheduled, were courteous, cheerful, friendly and professional in their work. When I have future needs, I would use them in a heartbeat. This is an excellent company.

I love them. They are a pretty good judge of telling you if you are going to need something in the future. They are so clean and so lovely; they are just wonderful. They all have nice clean uniforms and they are just delightful. I think their prices are great and they come when they say they will come. They usually call to say they are on their way.

They are wonderful. They are prompt and clean. They put booties on. They are polite and very nice people. I have used them before. Their prices are good and their quality of work is very good. They are very responsive and on time. I work in real estate and sometimes use them there. They are very professional and I will absolutely use them again.

They did a great job. Jim conducted the initial assessment. He was very professional, and did not 'talk down' to me. The technicians did excellent work, in a short amount of time, with little impact on my day. The team made recommendations that ultimately were of huge benefit to me. I felt very comfortable having any members of the Commercial Express staff in my home.
