We love them, they are great. Once your dog is over 7 years old, whatever age they are, they'll give you that discount. My dog is now 10 so I get a 10% discount, which is nice. They take good care of him.

They have taken really good care of our two cats and our dog. They are very good.

All of their doctors are knowledgeable and good. They don't recommend anything unnecessary. They also recommend the important things and discuss items that can be addressed later. They have Saturday and Sunday hours which I like. They are reasonably priced. They also match any medication prices you find online. AThey have a discount called "posh pet" offered to older animals that come regularly, they will provide a 10% discount to your visit.

We had heard about this clinic from an acquaintence, and had read about them in Washington Checkbook and Washingtonian Magazine. Dr. Danielle Lewis saw us, was very thorough with the exam and tests. She noticed the fatty lump on my dog's right side, and without us even asking, was conscientious enough to just go ahead and do a digital x-ray. It was just a lipoma, but she wanted to be sure, before we left. It was one of the most positive, honest, experiences we've had with a veterinarian.

We've been with them since 2002. I don't have any complaints except every time you go in there it costs an arm and a leg. My dog is always taken very well of.

It was an adventure. Each cat had a check up and got their vaccine boosters. It was a great experience. The tech was great with the cats (and with helping me wrangle them). The doctor was thorough and answered all of my questions. She was very friendly and really took a lot of time with us. When it was time to leave, the front desk staff went through every charge with me and then helped me carry the cats out to my car. They called the day after to see how the cats were doing. I have nothing but praise for the folks at Clocktower.

UPDATE: We recently had the unfortunate experience of having to put down one of our cats, Orange. Doctor Carskadden, Kelly, Dicken and everyone else at Clocktower were absolutely unbelievable. They were gentle and loving with Orange during the process and straightforward but gentle with us, too. They helped us make the arrangements we wanted and told us to come back and settle the bill whenever we felt up to it. Under no circumstances is putting down a beloved pet an easy thing, but Clocktower made it as easy on us as possible. I am so thankful we found them.

We were very pleased. We liked their friendliness and the way they treated our pet and us. They were professional. Everything was top notch. We were very comfortable with the people there. We've been to other vets where that was absolutely not the case. We would recommend them. We were pleasantly surprised and we would use them again without a question.

This is a follow-up to my previous report. I have now used Clocktower animal hospital for services 3 times and they have done very well for me. The neuter was a morning drop-off, evening pick-up. Doctor had a lengthy debrief with me afterward. My cat, Copper, was pretty much recovered same-day although I did sequester him for 24-hours just to keep him from getting into too much trouble. Their recommendation was for 3 days but I felt he was doing well enough to just let him out. A couple weeks later, I took him in for a distemper shot. That was a tech appointment that took about 5 minutes from the time of arrival and cost only $25. All-in-all I expect I will continue using them for some time to come. They are very friendly and I think they will be a great help in managing the well-being of my pet.

Dr Carskaddan took his time, was very thorough, and told me about what he was doing during the exam. He asked lots of questions about their medical history. He clearly loves cats and was very gentle with them. My cats were very calm and did not appear stressed out at all. They responded quite well to his gentle touch. After two of my cats had dental cleaning, he gave me his number and said to call if the cats had any problems. Apparently there is always a doctor on call if there is a question during the night and they are open 7 days a week. Brandon, the tech who helped him was also very good and very gentle and very friendly to the cats. The hospital phoned the next day to check on the cats who had dental cleaning. I left feeling good about the visit and feel like there is pet care I can trust if there is ever an emergency

Pretty smooth visit all in all. My first time using Clocktower Animal Hospital. Brought my cat, Copper, in for his first post-adoption exam. They were punctual, performed an examination and made recommendations to ensure his vaccinations are up to date. Sent me home with a fecal sampling kit which I can bring back and drop off. Decent quality so far. I will be bringing him back for his neuter later this week.

Wonderful care for my dogs and cat. I trust them completely.

I am satisfied with their quality of care. I know the staff and I feel that they care about my pet. They do good follow ups; they call up after the visits and make sure everything is okay. I have never used anybody else so I cannot compare their price with others.

They are very personable and professional. My cat was not eating and was loosing lot of weight. I called them and they immediately scheduled an appointment. They diagnosed the problem and took x-rays. They treated my cat well and cured him. They are responsive and return my phone calls.

It is easy to make an appointment and the facility is great. They are very expensive. It’s costlier to see the Vet than see a doctor for myself. The hospital is great. The staff is very nice and informative. They are available 24 hours.

This practice, from the front office staff to the techs to the vets, is fantastic. We live nearby, so initially chose the practice out of convenience. They have exceeded our expectations on every level. The receptionists are very friendly when calling for an appointment or to speak to a vet; appointments can generally be made same-day, and messages are promptly passed on to the vet when needed. In the office, check-in is quick, and the techs (who appear to genuinely love animals) come out to the waiting area to greet the pets and their owners. Wait times have ranged from 5 to 10 minutes, with an additional 5 minutes once placed in an exam room. We have seen every vet in the practice, and feel comfortable with any of them treating our pets (however, we are sometimes wary of Dr. Schneider, who can be a bit alarmist). The vets listen to our concerns, provide thorough examinations, and leave time to address questions following each visit. In addition, the staff (sometimes techs, sometimes vets) always follow up via phone within a day or two of each visit to check on things and to make sure we don't have additional questions or concerns. When a problem occurs that the vets feel is outside their area of expertise, they have referred us to other area providers (surgeons or specialists) that have been very professional. The cost for services is about average for this area, and the practice does provide estimates ahead of time for surgical or dental services (and the final prices are usually lower than the estimates).

They pay great attention to detail and show a lot of concern. The vets on staff are very good; they are knowledgeable and compassionate. They are not the cheapest in the area, but make the price worth paying for the high quality of service they provide.

It's always gone well. Our dogs have always been relaxed and happy, only because they are treated so well. Even when getting shots, they never know what hits them! The vets are all so patient and understanding with us, and treat our animals as members of our families and not just "pets". After visits, they call and check on the status of the patient, to make sure that they are doing ok.

THE COMPANY IS EXCELLENT. THEY ARE OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK AND ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP. THEY ALWAYS GIVE A FOLLOW UP CALL, USUALLY TWO OR THREE CALLS. THE STAFF IS NICE. THEY ALWAYS LET YOU GO BACK WITH THE DOG. THEY GIVE CHEESE WHIZ DURING CHECK UP, WHICH MY DOG LOVES.

I THOUGHT THE SERVICE WAS GOOD. THEY HAVE NEW PRODUCTS AND PROCEDURES. WE HAVE HAD GOOD LUCK WITH THE VET AND THEY ARE RESPONSIVE TO THE NEEDS OF OUR CATS. MY ONE CAT HAS GUM PROBLEMS AND THE PROFESSIONALLY TREAT HIM.
