Screen Repair
Two Sliding Door Screens were installed and within a month or so both screens had come off the bottom tracks. We were advised these screens were warranted from such problems and they would be promptly repaired. Now almost 6 months later both screens are not working and no one has been out to repair after repeated phone calls and emails. They will not even have the courtesy to respond our calls or emails. These screens are now useless and a waste of money. Do not listen to their sales gimmicks and promises as there is not follow-up service available.
