"We have obtained an email from Angie's list notifying us that you have left a review about our company and its services. We have looked our system and schedule for jobs completed on June 17, 2015, and unfortunately we couldn't locate your name or address in our scheduling system. This could be a simple error. CleanQuest is a residential and commercial cleaning company located in Herndon, and its name is registered US trademark office, and no other company or individual can utilize it. Please let us know the address and the telephone number of the company/individuals you have spoken or served you."

. Their charge goes up and down depending on what I have them do. They are just real flexible. I have asked them to come over like on the day of the New Years Eve when I decided to have a party and they have come.  Mo is the person I work with.  He is in charge with my working team. He has always answered e-mails and phone calls very quickly. I have been very pleased with them. In fact I had moved away from them for a little while.  I looked for somebody who was a little bit less expensive. But I was not very happy with them so I had gone back to CLEANQUEST to using them. I would use them in the future.

They are reliable and good. They don't always do a perfect job; but they are very trustworthy. I don't worry about them coming in and working while I am gone or anything like that. I like that they are trustworthy and they are flexible. If I have a company coming; I can call them and they will come over and see what they can do for me. The person who is in charge is always accessible. If I need anything; I can call him and say, please do this and don't do this or whatever. They do whatever I ask them to do. They have keys of my house and they come in and just do the work. The workers are good. They are very polite and sweet. When they come for the work; they bring together all of their cleaning appliances and they provide their own thrash bags, so we don't have to worry about that. I don't have to go and do the shopping for them to do the cleaning. I would use them in the future too.
