I used them for several years. The three person team did a very good job of cleaning the house and had very little turnover. They were a bit h****** marking up the baseboards and, rarely, nicking the walls. They were always on time. We stopped using Clean Sweep because one of them placed a leaky bottle of cleaning fluid on our bathroom marble, causing damage to the surface. Due to a previous incident, which was satisfactorily resolved, we had explicitly warned them to be very careful with the marble because it is easily damaged and very costly to repair. Even though I showed them the damage before they left, the team denied doing it. The owner, Ana, sided with them. I decided not to press for compensation in such a "blame the customer" setting. I no longer trusted them with the items in my home, which was my over-riding concern. There was also another time when the team denied breaking and discarding an inexpensive item, which I found in their trash bag. I should have learned from that experience.

Last fall, I hired Clean Sweep for bi-monthly service and was disappointed. Their service is inconsistent – sometimes it was good and other times awful. On more than one occasion, the team skipped dusting certain tables and forgot to vacuum certain areas. Also, the ladies seem to do the very minimum – for example, last time I accidently forgot to leave a fitted sheet for my daughter’s bed but instead of bringing it to my attention, the maid simply made the bed without the bottom sheet. In fact, the last time they cleaned was the worst. But, overall, my main problem with Clean Sweep is that when I brought these problems to the owner’s attention last fall and asked her to visit our house to view her team’s work, she never visited and I did not see any improvement. That was the most disappointing. I have used several other cleaning services in the past, and Clean Sweep was the most disappointing.

The Clean Sweep crew of three ladies cleans out house every two weeks. They are efficient, pleasant, punctual, and do an outstanding job each time. We have been using Clean Sweep since June 2008 and have never had reason to complain about their work. They are occasionally asked to do something extra, like cleaning the refrigerator, and they always do the job happily and well. The owner, Ana Igal, is delightful to work with, and her price is reasonable. We highly recommend Clean Sweep for your house cleaning work.

We have been using Clean Sweep for the last 6 months on a bi-weekly basis. So far they have been doing a very good job. The house is always very clean after they have finished. If I have any special requests I call the onwer Ana, and she communicates them to the maids. Ocasionally they miss a spot here and there, but for $125 we are very happy.

The owner is great, very professional, and her prices are very competitive. The cleaners did a good job. But as the month progressed the work got a little sloppier, and more rushed . One problem was that none of the cleaners spoke English. I am very sympathetic with the hard work these women do, but it would be so helpful if at least one of the women on the crew spoke a little English. The problem is that I would point out a few things I wanted the cleaners to concentrate on while they were there, and they shook their head and said ok, but they didn't do what I asked, leading me to believe that they didn't understand me. Which is ok if they said, "we don't understand. Please call the owner." I knew it was going to be short-term so I didn't make an effort to contact the owner, to be fair.
If you are not picky and just want a good cleaner, then this service is perfectly acceptable. If you are very picky then this is not the one for you.
Having said all that, I think that the owner would be very open to hearing polite criticism and would do her best to make her customers happy.

They do the job well. They come on time and the pricing is quite good. There were a couple of times when we were not too happy with the cleaning and we pointed it out to them. They were better after that. Some of the teams they send do the cleaning job really good. We have not been too happy with some who mix up the furniture when they clean.

They are fairly punctual and get the job done, and much better than I would on a routine basis. There have been a few little mishaps of something broken, but it's to be expected as there are lots of items to work around in my house (nor did I bother to mention the items when found). They've been great at accommodating a new puppy and her needs (and mishaps) too and ensuring she's where she needs to be when they're there, which I know must be botheresome. They are great to work with.

things were constantly stashed; we found over $100 of vitamins under a bathroom sink; things were misplaced and shoveled away causing a great deal of extra work on our part. We are disappointed with CLEAN SWEEP (we were customers for several years but now are trying a new franchised firm). Same cost, will see if they're better.

They are terrific. Anna, the owner, is outstanding. They do exactly what they say they are going to do.

A crew of three or four cleaners comes every week. Ana does the scheduling. She is easy to reach by phone or email. She is positive and responsive. Crews are reliable and do a fair job. They are good at kitchen and bathroom surfaces, occasionally clean the refrigerator. They are not great about cleaning around the ceiling or behind furniture. But my house gets a good basic cleaning every two weeks for a reasonable price. In three years, I have had two scheduling mixups where the crew didn't come when expected. A good record, overall reliable, quick and pleasant.
