The overall experience was positive.  Mike was very responsive and the job was completed within the time frame promised.  There were a few mishaps along the way, such as the lights dimming each time the microwave was turned on.  Each issue was addressed in a timely manner. In hindsight, we wish we had gone with a higher quality cabinetry, which was available at a higher price, but we feel we paid a good price for what we received.

Mike has excellent judgment about kitchen design (it needed some redesign after the flood and it was improved by his efforts).  He told me where I had choices, and made recommendations that I followed, after consulting with experienced friends who supported Mike's recommendations.  Mike was totally professional and highly skilled and experienced.  Great job!
