+ -1 moreChambers Theory has restored my confidence in the Rental Property Management community. After two terrible experiences with property management companies, Chambers Theory has swooped in to save the day. Not only did they direct the repair and restoration of my rental property (which had sustained significant damage due in part to the actions of my previous property manager), they did it quickly and before they were even collecting a management fee from me. This is a fine example of going above and beyond their obligations, demonstrating why they should be your first choice in a property manager. In an age where you cannot rely on good customer service from anyone, Chamber's Theory bucks the trend.
