He was amazing! He was a total professional, and he just totally amazed me. Anyone who buys a home should call him. Everything he said was on point, and saved us a lot of money by helping us make the decision not to buy the first house we were looking at. He was extremely knowledgeable; I felt like he was just perfect at his job. I felt that he really went above and beyond, and he seems to do even more than just the minimum for his job. He seems to have a community awareness and aspirations above just making money. My husband liked him a lot as well, and we totally trust him due to his very thorough inspections. He took pictures of all the things that were wrong with the house, and he categorized the pictures in terms of the priorities, categorizing everything based on safety hazards, items that could be deferred for a while, and items reaching life expectancy that might require replacement years later. I even called him later to ask about oil heat that was expensive. Even though he knows I am not trying to buy a house and thus he couldn’t make any more money from me, he took the time to talk to me and give really great advice that continued to help me and save me money. We were first-time home buyers, and we didn’t really know much about the process, but he really lent us his knowledge and we appreciate it.
