Sami is very nice but I find him unreliable. The job was done fairly well, but suddenly I am seeing lots of problems. I would not recommend him to someone because of his lack of reliability.

Overall the project experience went very well. Painting was completed on-time, and it looked very good. My wife and I are not local, and we were getting a rental house ready to put on the market for sale. Sami is very talented, and he possess skills in an amazingly large area; I don't think there is anything house related he couldn't do. In addition to the great work Sami did, I also found him to be extremely trustworthy. I did not need to watch over him as he worked; most of the time I was not there. He is a man of great integrity. Unlike a lot of larger companies, Sami was there from start to finish on the project. He gave me the quote, and he worked every day on the projects instead of disappearing after day one and leaving the work in inexperienced hands. His prices were way below the other quotes. Carthage was a very good deal; they are much cheaper and do better quality work.
