It went well. I felt it was a little over priced as I had to pay extra for pet odor removal. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and worked hard.

They were punctual clean and considerate of my walls and furniture  I was extremely pleased

We have been using Carpet Doctors since the 1990's and have never had even the smallest problem or glitch with them.  We have dogs (2-3 depending) and so we have need for Carpet Doctors 's services quite a bit more often than most families.  They are always prompt, polite, professional and extremely thorough.  We have recommended them to friends and neighbors and have never heard a bad word about them.  We would give them an A+ on all counts --- an unqualified review.

They steamed cleaned my carpets, getting every stain out. They moved my furniture and carefully put it all back. They were friendly and cheerful while getting the job done.

They were fast, I liked that. They were on time and definitely got the carpets looking cleaner and newer.

They fixed the poor installation job of carpet that had been installed by another company 5 years ago. He is very reasonable price and very professional.

Our carpets had started to stretch and roll in several rooms fours years after initial installation. We called Carpet Doctors and talked to Mr. Samuel, whose advertisement said he is a Certified Inspector and Commercial Carpet Consultant, and asked for his advice. He came to our home and assessed the problem and gave us his estimate of the cost. We thought the amount asked for the work to be done was fair and asked him to take on the job. Two days later Mr. Samuel appeared with an assistant and set about in a very efficient manner to power stretch our carpets. The work, completed over two days, was done thoroughly, efficiently and with a minimum of disruption to our daily routine. Great care was taken with moving furnishings and personal belongings and everything was returned to its original locations when the work was completed. There were no unexpected overcharges. The cost was just as estimated. Mr. Samuel and his assistant were both exceptionally friendly, courteous and helpful. And Mr. Samuel's assurance that our carpet would look like new when he finished did, indeed, look like new. We were very pleased with the entire experience and we will call Carpet Doctors the next time our carpets are ailing and a Carpet Doctor is required.

I THOUGHT THAT THE COMPANY WAS GOOD UNTIL I SAW THAT THEY PUT NAILS IN MY CARPET. I DID NOT LIKE THAT AT ALL. THE SALES PERSON WAS FINE HE HAD GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.
