They called 3 times to reschedule appointment, and at the end the guy never showed up!! I waited on two prior arrangements. Very unprofessional! Do not use them! Can't even keep appointment, how does one expect any reliable work being done by the guy!

Our dresser mirror fell and broke during the earthquake last August. I found C&C on the Internet and chose them because they were located close (within 5 miles) to my Arlington residence. When I called and described what I needed done -- simple replacement of the mirror in the wooden frame -- I was told to leave the item outside my door and they would come pick it up. They missed pick-up on the first day but came on the second day, fixed the mirror, and returned to my doorstep the next day. I was impressed with the quick turn-around and the relatively low cost, especially when one factors in drop off and pick up.
