This handyman service was horrible. I was buying a home and the seller hired this person to fix the items in the contingency. the list was to secure all toilets to floor, caulk bathroom faucet, paint trim and replace rotted rakeboard and paint. At final walkthrough 2 of the 4 toilets were still not secure, the bathrrom faucet was still loose, electrical outlet was still broken, hand prints all over my home from the trim painting, and they didnt touch the rake board. Many of the items were on the list charged to the seller but were in fact never performed. I closed on the house the next day with the promise that they would return within 2 days. They returned and got my carpets dirty, finally fixed the outlet, toilets, and electrical and admitted that they didnt touch the rake board. After complaining they came out and just painted over the rotted wood on rake board. After complaining again they came out and only replaced half a piece of the rakeboard and sprayed foam stuff under the wood which is now in clumps dripping down my siding! At this point I contacted the sellers agent and told them that the handymen were not to step foot on my property again for fear of damaging something else and that I would be using the escrow money to get it fixed correctly. I will NEVER use this company!
