When Ben came to finish up, he did not box off the wiring and also forgot to leave our house key, which I specifically mentioned before we left the house. I called his office the same day and was told that the next time Ben was in the area, he would call me to set something up and come by. I did not hear from him for about 3 weeks and called the office and left several messages since no one picked up. I called again the following week when someone (I believe it must be his wife, it's the only woman I've spoken to) finally picked up and said that Ben would not be free for another 3 weeks or so and that they would ask Ben about mailing the key and that I will get a call back to set this us. This is highly unprofessional that someone takes my house key and does not return it for over a month or return a phone call. When I finally heard back from the woman that works with Ben, she said she would mail the key and that I would need to talk to Ben about the exposed wiring because I told him to do the work and then changed my mind -- which is not the case at all! He did work without authorization to do so!! I also asked her to have Ben call me if this was the case because clearly he does not answer the phone number I have for his business and he doesn't return phone calls. How am I supposed to speak to Ben about the issue if he does not pick up his business number and won't return a phone call?!!. I tried to allow for time the key to be mailed, but two weeks later, no word from Ben or the woman who handles the phones, no key, nothing. I have called twice, left messages, no answer, no call back. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. At this point, I just want my key back. I would never work with Ben again. He was nice enough in person, but also showed up in a t-shirt completely covered in holes. I will keep contacting them until I get my key back, but it seems very unlikely.
This last time was a bad circuit breaker on our AC unit and he came out on the weekend and fixed it quickly.
Will always call Ben for electrical needs.
