A great experience. I rented a furnished 1 bedroom plus den, from the AVE after we sold our home. I was still working in the Herndon area for a few months but my husband had to move to our new home in another state. It is a secure building. I felt completely safe being there by myself most of the time. My husband visited occasionally, and really appreciated the safety/security and the way the management took care of me. The condo was kept clean and well-maintained. The management was fantastic and very flexible with me about the duration of my stay. A club room provides internet, coffee, tea, light breakfast and occasional gatherings for the residents. Many of the residents are on extended travel for their companies or the government. I can't say enough good things about the AVE at Dulles Station.
