The issue was difficult, involving both inside and outside wiring. It took several visits with Verizon. The owner coordinated with Verizon and returned and called and stayed with the problem until it was solved. All for his initial charge.

The project manager, Said Bailoul, and the installer, Sam, came out the same day we initially spoke and provided a free consultation on how to improve my TV reception. Said, who is a trained electrical engineer, recommended that I install new cable and an amplifier for my TV antenna, which is in my attic. Said quoted a price of $750 including hooking up two TVs in addition to the two I already had and installing a new stand for one of them. This was more expensive than I expected, but they do commercial as well as residential work and I felt enough confidence in them that I decided to pay the $750. Sam began the work the same day. A few days later, when some needed parts arrived, Sam completed the work. There were two aspects of the work that I initially was unhappy with but Sam fixed them at no additional charge: some black cable had been run down the center of my white siding, which detracted from the look of the house; and and the AC/DC converter for the new antenna amplifier generated enough heat so that I was concerned about having the converter in the attic sitting on top of the insulation, where Sam had put it. Sam replaced the section of black cable on the siding with white cable, and he moved the AC/DC converter to an upstairs bedroom, where its heat generation is unlikely to be an issue. The latter entailed running some additional cable from the attic to the bedroom. I think the company is responsive and I believe that they will stand behind their work. The work they recommended and performed significantly improved my broadcast TV reception, so that I am now happy with it.
