Dave Horton is excellent. He goes above and beyond to help get the right mortgage for you. I first used him 2 years ago to refinance a house and he was superb. I had an issue with identity theft with the IRS that held up my application and Dave went out of his was to help me get the issue resolved. He put in extra hours to help me get my house refinanced. Most recently I refinanced again another house. I initially went with my own bank and also shopped around some area banks and mortgage brokers and in the end I went back to Dave for the refinance. His service was just so much better than what I received at banks and other mortgage companies. And again he went above and beyond to get me the best rate possible. I can't recommend him highly enough. He is fantastic.
