I met Jason while our kids were playing together at a playground. I have lots of experience in commercial remodels but was new to the area and was looking for an all-around residential contractor. I asked for an estimate and he got back to me right away and his price was fair. His references had good things to say and were happy with his work so I gave him the job. He accommodated my schedule the best he could while wrapping up another project. Jason is very personable and does nice work. If I didn't already have someone scheduled to do the painting, tiling and light electrical I would have had him do that as well. I will definitely consider him for future work. As with any contractor, just communicate all expectations up front and things will go smoothly.
