A few weeks after a storm we noticed a small watermark in our living room ceiling. We had American come by - a small shingle issue, we were told. We paid to have it repaired. Now, four months later, the EXACT SAME SPOT has a huge watermark and a drip. We called American and were told it would take three weeks for them to get to us and they would take no responsibility for their previous work, well, not working. Their words "We take no responsibility." Keep that in mind as you read their website "Our dedication to customer satisfaction has been the key to our success in the home improvement business.". Baloney. Their roofer was a nice guy - asked repeatedly that we give him a good review on social media because that's how he earned a bonus. This is probably why you see such high rankings. Work should stand the test of time and a company should stand by its work. American doesn't. Don't waste your time and money - call a quality roofer instead.
