Air Masters started on time and were the "middle of the road" price compared to 4 other bids. They used all high quality equipment and were always professional. The only down side for "B" grades were for quality due to "finish" work, ie- holes were drilled in a few places that were not needed and remained showing and for punctuality as they started the project and completed the majority of the work in a timely manner but a couple "odds and ends" remained incomplete for numerous weeks afterward. Overall, they provided a quality project at a fair price that works better than the AC anywhere else we have lived.

I called Air Masters to inspect my heat pump after an upstairs neighbor said it was so loud that he couldn't sleep. Gene came at the appointed time and climbed up on the roof, only to discover that the problem was NOT my unit, but someone else's! So there wasn't really anything he needed to do. But while he was here Gene inspected the overall HVAC system and made some recommendations about filters. He also quoted me on replacing the thermostats in my water heater.
