+ -1 moreThey didn't give my husband any advise or recommendations on what to do for negotiations. They failed to notice the failing pump system and the poor quality of insulation in the attic. I feel that they did a superficial evaluation of the house. I feel that they failed to be aware of significant problems.
Description of Work: This company came out and did an inspection on our new home.
