These folks abandoned our project, claiming they were going out of business. Then an ad for their business showed up on my Facebook page. Between the contract work and change orders, we paid about 95% of the total price and they completed about 75% of the work. They went well past the original time estimate and hit us up for retroactive change orders before they would continue. The work done was okay, but not great. nothing is finished well. They are unbelievably messy, damaged cabinets and vanities, and lost window hardware several times. We have spent over $1000 fixing their electrical work and we'll likely need to bring in a plumber next. I wish I had checked here before hiring them but they were recommended by our real estate agent.

Two workmen were very pleasant and worked very hard.  We had to pay for equipment and supplies; ADM rented two box sanders; forgot to cover over the vents and kitchen cabinets.  After staining the floors, it was very evident that the work was a disaster. Our real estate agent told us that we had actually devalued the property by spending $11,300!  M& M uses a 220 volt sander and within one day have revived our hope that this job can be salvaged.

First part of our contract was to have the new drywall installed and sanded so it would be ready for us to paint. We ended up having to sand a lot of the drywall ourselves so it was ready to paint. Our basement floor was not even, so instead of suggesting that we use a self - leveling concrete to make the floor level the floor was installed and is very obvioulsy wavy. It looked terrible, however at least we had a carpet to cover it. In the hallway I requested that the drywall be made to "look new" if that required skim coating or just fixing the drywall. They decided to just "fix" it however,  we once again ended up having to do a lot of the sanding ourselves and it still does not look very good. I am very frustrated I paid someone to do a job we could have done better ourselves. The owner left without cleaning up and only did so once i requested that he do so. There were materials left outside my home and in general he was very unprofessional.

ADM Contracting renovated my kitchen to include removing drywall and flooring, re-installing new drywall, painting, installing cabinets, removing old popcorn ceiling and installing new ceiling.  Professional, prompt, kept me informed through the entire process, and gave a fair price.  I have referred Dennis and ADM Contracting to many other people.  100% Satisfied with the quality of their work!!
