Ted went above and beyond when it was discovered that the installation was not a simple pull of the old unit and replacement of the new one. The previous install was "creative" to say the least and proved a challenge. What should have taken 45mins turned into a 2 hour effort. Ted did not increase the cost of his quote due to the additional effort and unforseen problems for this job. He was also helpful in finding a solution to complete the installation. Ted saved me when one else would. Due to an odd conglomeration of events, I had a defunct Sub Zero that needed to be uninstalled and a massive new GE that needed to be installed. After about a dozen companies told me to pound sand for not having bought the new appliance through them, Ted helped me brainstorm some solutions and then performed my uninstall and install work. A true professional and a helpful human being to boot. Would use again in a heartbeat.

Ted and his helper were terrific. Good communication, scheduling was easy, showed up on time, worked with some unusually difficult circumstances, finished on time, and cleaned everything up.

Ted along with one of his installers came on-time, were neat and tidy. They did a great job installing the oven and for $20 hauled away my old oven. I would definitely recommend them.
