Franklin Farm Veterinary Clinic

I felt that they did a good job. Vet looked at and physically checked cat. Reviewed previous notes. She reviewed identified issues and options. Then she went through a series of common possible issues and options. vet answered all my questions patiently, professionally and thoroughly.  Vet then vaccinated cat.  I felt no sales pressure. I did not feel that I was being steered to any predetermined goal beyond the best health options for my cat.

We have had a great experience with her. The price is good and it is of good value. We have looked at other locations before and we have only ended up coming back there. We have had good experience in the clinic. The people are friendly. The vet is very personable and very good with animals.

They have always been very nice and friendly. They don't try to force you to spend money that will only buy an animal a little time and won't make a big difference. They are honest, straightforward, and explain things. Scheduling is very good. They were booked the most recent time I tried to see them, but they agreed to take my cat given the situation.

Dr. Du Bisette has been very good about letting us come back, talk to her and try to figure what was going on with him because she can't see anything wrong. We are still working on it but she is not charging me every single time that I need to go back and see her. She has been very decent about the way that she has been treating us, which I really appreciate. They did a checkup on my dog. They gave me some medications and antibiotics and she gave me a referral to Hope Center because she couldn't see anything wrong with my dog's eye. Dr. Du Bisette has just been really patient and very nice trying to get this all solved. She really cares. She is very responsive. I am very happy with her. I don't think I have ever waited longer than 5 minutes. She has always been professional.

I have been going to them for about year-and-a-half. The majority of the staff is very friendly there and the doctors seem to be very knowledgeable and experienced. I would continue to use them.

This was our third visit to Franklin Farms Veterinary hospital with our new puppy. The offices are very clean and do not have any pet odor. The desk and tech staff are very easy to work with and friendly. I really like that I see the doctor when my appointment is scheduled. Because I made my appointment weeks in advance, it was easy to get the appointment time I wanted. Regarding doctors, we have seen Dr. Newhart who is a good vet. However, Dr. DuBissette is very friendly and fun, while also being a good vet. Would recommend this vet hospital to others.

The doctor and staff took time to look for new/simpler explanations and treatments for our problem. Very caring, very friendly, very attentive. When I called to schedule a follow up a few days later, they were very flexible, even when my schedule kept changing and I had to ask them to accommodate me on short notice.

I have been going there for 7 years. They have always taken good care of my pets. The staff is very caring and professional. I have not had any problems with the service. My dog is very healthy and happy.

RECOMMENDED VARIOUS MEDICAL PROCEDURES. SPAYED, DECLAWED, GOT YEARLY SHOTS, GOT TREATED FOR WORMS AND ANYTHING ELSE THAT HAPPENS WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.
