The workman "forgot" to come and disconnect the plumbing. When he had not arrived 75 minutes after he was scheduled to arrive, I called and he eventually showed up. He said someone would be back the next day to reconnect the plumbing.  Another plumber came the next day and asked if I had purchased new extenders for the new faucet. He recommended I call Moen and order brass extenders which I did at the extra cost of $25.  He said he would come back and install them when they arrived. I called and scheduled an appointment for them to install the extender when it arrived and they never showed up and never returned my calls. I called my own plumber who said the new faucet came with extenders and he did not know why I was told to order brass extenders from Moen. He completed the work for me at an additional cost of $115.
