Description of Work: Virginia Building and Remodeling built a 3 seasons room over our existing deck. The finished room was exactly what we asked for and the quality was very good. The construction process and time for completion were very reasonable considering availability of several key items. The builder made several key upgrade suggestions which were critical to the room meeting our expectations. The final price was what we agreed to, including the cost of the upgrades, and there were no surprises along the way.

+ 0 moreThey were very professional. The owner seems genuinely interested in making sure he maintained a high quality of service. He personally comes out to check the job that was done. I would highly recommend them. They would check it there were any problems. The owner would come out and correct it himself and made sure everything was fine. He always came back to check the job was done and if I was happy with it. The price was average.

+ -1 moreHe was an incredible communicator; I could send him e-mails, call him and leave voice mails and get responses very promptly. All of the people I worked with were excellent. They were all really good, and polite. It was a really fine experience.
Description of Work: I used Virginia Building and Remodeling LLC. to remodel my kitchen. There was one follow up visit to put in the sink to the granite counter top. They did custom cabinets for our kitchen.

+ -1 moreBecause of our budget constraints, we haven't had Shane complete any of our projects, but plan to in the near future.
Description of Work: We have had Shane give us a couple of quotes on home improvement projects. Because of our budget constraints however, we decided to do the work ourselves. I do however feel that Shane's quote was fair. He is very knowledgeable in his field of work and is extremely professional and responsive. I hope to be able to use Shane in the near future, I know that he is reliable.
