The experience was good. I've done a couple of jobs with them. I liked the fact that they were female owned. I had heard good things about them from friends and family. They were very willing and helpful in discussing options for my windows. They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive but they did have a wide variety of product. I would absolutely use them again.

Great company. Very professional. Product is excellent. We had half-shutters installed in our living room and dining room and full shutters installed in our sunroom. Karen Meadows came to our home to make recommendations and help us choose our style, tint and size of shutters. Her recommendations were spot on and our result is fabulous!

This is the second time I have used this company for shutters. They are friendly, flexible in terms of appointments and installation and the end results have been outstanding. I am very happy with the shutters that were custom made to fit the exact measurements of the windows. They are made of all wood, they easily open. The installation was efficiently done with little mess. Any mess was cleaned up and anything that had to be moved was put back. I could see using them again for additional shutters in the future. I do not remember what was paid for them.
