Very professional and efficient work. Even cleaned up any dust and debris that managed to hit the floor. After seeing an evening movie, I noticed upon re-entry to the house some 6 hours after the job completed, the house even smelled cleaner. Note that my cost was at least $100 less than most because the ducts run through the kitchen and family room instead of attic, etc.; easily accessible.

Basement still dirty afterward. Workers swept basement, so dust went all over and resettled. Debris/dust/soot should've been vacuumed up, not swept, which just caused it to spread more. Had to call them back after they left because they had missed some shelving and hadn't hepa-vac'ed as was agreed upon in estimate/contract. They were very nice about coming back. But it was still dirty. Floor very gritty and black soot would get tracked up the stairs on one's shoes. I had to do more cleaning on my own afterward. They kept telling me it wouldn't be completely clean, which I thought was weird. For $675, I expected some darn good cleaning. Since they do fire and water clean-up, I thought they'd be perfect for this type of job.
