This was a big job that required a lot of planning and co-ordination, and Mr. Mayers was masterful in this area. Despite very hot weather during the installation, he and his crew worked very hard over several days to get everything planted, so the plants would not be stressed by lack of water and the heat. We had some problems with the irrigation, which did not work properly at first, and Mr. Mayers stayed on top of this, insisting that the Irrigation Contractor find the problem and fix it. This took massive amounts of firmness, encouragement and resourcefulness. Throughout, Mr. Mayers was good humored and enthusiastic, reassuring us that he would see that everything was right, which he did. We are delighted with the work; it exceeded our expectations and looks beautiful!
