Registering was smooth; they even send a text reminder. Arrival was fine and punctual by all parties. Dr. Ryan was friendly and effective. After ordering lenses for my regular glasses and an Rx insert for my sunglasses, I paid and went on my way. They called back the next day for pick up. I tried on my regular glasses with the new lenses--great. She then took my Rx insert, mumbled something inchorent and walked off. She came back with my old insert and new lenses. I asked here where the new insert is and she said she thought I was only getting new lenses. I said that I was very clear about purchasing a spare insert because my lenses were not worn out. She said 'oh', and looked around aimlessly for a bit. I said I didn't want them to have to eat their mistake, but when she said that the insert was an extra $79 ($183 total), I paused, waiting for her to offer some sort of compromise. After all, it was their mistake. I could have simply said 'no thanks, I'll take my old insert and lenses.', at which point they'd be out the cost of the new lenses. Alas, poor decision on their part. I'll probably go back again, but I'll make sure they don't screw this up again.
