From beginning to end RLC was very professional, responsive, and patient with my wife and I. This was the first time we had tile installed in our house and RLC did an amazing job. My wife and I were told right from the beginning RLC would finish the job until we were 100% satisfied, nothing more, nothing less and thats exactly what they did (They cheating with nothing more since RLC exceeded our expectations). We were so happy we have asked him back to work on our second bathroom. Really looking forward to working with RLC for years to come.

It was great. I met the man, he showed up, he did the work and he did a great job. I have absolutely no complaints. He was reliable, dependable and I don’t think he really overcharged for the work he did. He was there almost immediately. This was kind of a surprise in the project and apparently he works a lot with DMA Flooring, and they have a good work history so when they got to that point in the project, DMA Flooring knew exactly who to call. Obviously, they must be pleased with his workmanship. His was the only estimate I got and it was not outrageous.

We have used RLC in the past and have always had great service. Robert does a lot of the work himself, but also has an experienced crew. Even if he doesn't do the work, he always calls to see how things are going and also comes to the house to check the finished work. He is very easy to work with and is also very busy, but will get back to you within 48 hours.
