RICK HENRY PLUMBING SERVICE

I've been working with him for about a year.  He is very good.  I live in an old house and I'm constantly having plumbing problems.  If I had to call him right now, even if he couldn't do the work right now, he would stop by this evening if he has time and see what work needed to be done.  Then he would know how much to do and he would give me an estimate on the price.  Everything went fine the last time I used him.  He is reasonably priced and he is punctual.

The jobs that Rick Henry has done for me were excellent.

Everything was fine and he had good prices.

Rick is very knowlegdable with plumbing, and easy to work with.

He identified the problem and fixed it. The bill provided was not very professional (it is not clear how he determined what the price for the job was, as labor and time were not identified in the bill or broken out.) But, the quality of the service was good (he got the job done very shortly after I called).

I wanted to have someone come out on Saturday to fix the problem. But the first contractor that my home warranty company assigned me to told me I would have to pay a $65 premium charge on top of the $85 deductible. After getting reassigned to Rick Henry, I was pleased that he was willing to come out on Saturday at no extra charge if his schedule allowed. Ultimately, he didn't stop by on Saturday, but the fact that he offered was pretty nice. Rick stopped by the following Monday to assess the problem. By then, I had wrapped some plumbing tape around the hole in the drain pipe temporarily until I could get it fixed. He didn't have all the necessary tools with him to fix the problem but rescheduled for Wednesday. I liked that he was upfront about not having everything he needed. I would've preferred that he finished the job in one day, than to have it left unfinished because he didn't have the proper equipment. On Wednesday, Rick called to say that his technicians had gotten held up unexpectedly at another job. So he asked me if I could reschedule for Thursday. I worked from home so having to reschedule again was not an issue for me. Unfortunately, Rick called again Thursday to ask to reschedule for Friday due to some more issues related to the same job. Finally, on Friday, a plumbing technician arrived to fix my leaky pipe. He was polite and very knowledgeable. He finished in about two hours and made sure the work area was cleaned before he left. Even with the scheduling snafus, I would call on Rick Henry Plumbing Service again.
