Mindy went out of her way to prepare a market analysis and provided me with a copy, she explained to me the Real Estate market and the best scenario that will work best for our family. She was courteous, friendly, kind, respectful, I would have loved to work with her. She is truly one of a kind. Keep up the great work Mindy, I am sure I will come back to ReMax.

It was a wonderful experience. The Taylor Team utilizes a team dynamic. The back end staff is engaged in the sale and they have a seller in charge of the sale and one in charge of the buying. The way they do the service makes the experience stress free. I worked particulary with Michelle Boswell, Janice Taylor, and David Ogle.

The service worked out really well. They sold our home quicker than they said at a better price than was mentioned. They are helping us purchase a new home. They found the property and we are building a new home. They are excellent to work with. They are very professional and they are great communicators. The process was very smooth due to the professionalism that they showed.

The service was excellent. Janice and her team are very good at what they do. They know the market and how to sell your home. I would not hesitate to use them again.

They are called the Taylor team for a reason. This real estate office is made up of many of Janice Taylor's family members. They truly put forth a team effort. I met with Janice and David Ogle (our agent) and they prepared a market analysis and made recommendations for price setting. Then, they came and staged the home (with the use of interior designers). They had open houses and promoted the home. I always felt like I was "in the loop: with what was going on. I also felt like I could call at any time with questions. Carey was always helpful when I spoke with him and Michelle was invaluable in what she does (coordinating millions of things). Janice's husband, Bob, was also very involved and was wonderful to work with. We were very pleased with the overall process---we didn't get quite as much as we would have liked for our old house, but I can't fault the realtors for the bad market conditions--they did more than their fair share to sell our home and make sure that we were happy with the process along the way. When/if we need to move in the future, I will be calling Janice and her team.!!!!
